Xingsheng Wang is interested in the methodology and physics of full-dimensional modelling and simulation of decananometer MOSFETs. He focuses on the impact of device parameter variability on the strained silicon devices, and simulates the devices with robust physics models and seamless simulation flow from layout and process simulation to device and basic circuit simulation.
