My current research is focused mainly on the development of statistical compact modeling strategies for nanoscale MOSFETs. It involves the study of impact of intrinsic parameter fluctuations on nano-CMOS device characteristics and development of corresponding statistical compact models which are suitable for use in circuit simulators.
